At this point, their funds are frozen by the marketplace until the transaction is finished. After the goods or services have been delivered and the seller receives the notification that the order was fulfilled successfully and confirmed by buyer, they can access the money that was stored in the system, after which the customer can leave feedback.

Completing the trade
